This week there are a couple of articles on the issue of Artifical Intelligence and its impact on our lives. AI is not new but the release of chatgpt and other similar programmes have exploded the issue in the media and our everyday lives. We have always known (or should do) that algorithims guide many aspects of life, but up until now we have never had to ask whether they can think and what that means for humanity.
